Game #45 - vs New York Rangers

New York Rangers (21-19-5, 47 pts) at Pittsburgh Penguins (25-16-3, 53 pts)

Jaromir tries to fall on his stick to end the dying inside.

Geno should be ticked at being snubbed for the All Star Game.

The Pens had their winning streak snapped on Saturday night in Atlanta. They now are saddled with a measly point streak, just like last year. Sucks to be successful.

The Rangers have been anything but successful of late. They managed to win on Saturday at home to snap a five game losing streak. They had a high-water mark of 15-9-2 this season on December 1st. Since then, they're just 6-10-3 with no real periods of sustained success.

The fellows from New York have been cranking up the offense lately. They've managed 41 shots each of the past two games. Their PK has been quite poor over their last 7 games, killing only 29 of 39 chances.

This is a game the Pens must take advantage of. They've lost all three games against the Rangers this year. This is a great chance to actually win a division game against an opponent who is having a rough time.

Let's Go Pens!
