Kovalchuk was levelled by Ruutu 3:21 into the second period. The collision left Kovalchuk laying on the ice in obvious pain in front of Atlanta's bench before he limped to the locker room.Levelled? Did the writer even see the "hit" in question? That's just dumb.

I don't know how these articles are written, but TSN has "The Canadian Press" as the byline, while an article containing the exact same text is credited to "Charles Odum, AP Sports Writer" in the article carried on Yahoo.
