According to the Post-Gazette, Mark Eaton is out indefinitely with a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee.
This will open up a spot for Brooks Orpik, and someone will likely be recalled from Wilkes-Barre. We could hope for a chance to see Golgowski or Lannon, but most likely it would be the old standby, Alain Nasreddine.

Ouch! Hate to see Eaton go down again after the wrist injury last season. Hopefully he'll recover and be around for at least the playoffs. You think Shero will go after another D-Man?
