Lightning (8-5-2, 18 points) at Penguins (7-8-1, 15 points)
Why does it matter?
The Lightning are depleted, without Vinny and Downie. The Pens need to take advantage and earn two points.

What has been happening lately?
- Pens - The Pens have lost six of their past eight games, with the capper being the third period implosion against Boston.
- Lightning - The Lightning have lost four of their past five games, with the capper being the third period implosion last night against Washington. This sounds familiar...
- Will Geno play? Bylsma wasn't tipping his hand yesterday.
- Can someone please keep a eye on Martin St Louis? He seems to love to take that gray-area turnover and burn the Pens with it. If you're playing defense, be decisive. Don't get caught flat-footed or you're going to look bad against him.
- Who will be in goal, and does it really matter to the outcome with the way the defensive play has been lately?
- With Downie out of the game, the Lightning won't have much fight / nastiness in the lineup. Look for Godard to sit.
- On the PK, Stamkos is your primary threat. Only two other Lightning that will be on the ice tonight have a PP goal (Brett Clark and Dominic Moore).
- Play 60 minutes. This is the biggest failing of this team so far this year.
