According to TSN, Sid the Kid will be named the Penguins captain. The news will be announced tomorrow.
Sid will be the youngest captain in NHL history, and even at that it is probably overdue. He is the heart and soul of the team and leads the team by example every game. Congratulations to him.

So I guess it's official now. It's funny if you read the comments on TSN a lot of folks bash Crosby for being too young, and a crybaby, and all that jazz.
And if you're craving some Pens news (like I have been) there's a good off-season plan for the Penguins article. Nothing really new but it was good all the same.
